RATES
(includes two adults and two children; a maximum of 6 people)
BASIC RV SITE
$40 per night (30 amps, water, picnic table, fire ring)
DELUXE RV SITE
$43 per night (30 amps, sewage, water, picnic table, fire ring)
PREMIUM RV SITE
$45 per night (50 amps, sewage, water, picnic table, fire ring)
Each additional adult: $5/night
Each additional child: $3/night
*Adult: age 16 and older
Check-in: 12pm or later
Check-out: 11am or before
Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be paid in full when the reservation is made.

One night of the reservation is non-refundable (and any associated processing fees).

Cancellations made before noon one week prior to the arrival date qualify for a refund of any payments made excluding the non-refundable one night and any associated processing fees.

Cancellations made after noon one week prior to arrival up to noon on the arrival date will be charged 50% of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable one night and any associated processing fees).

Campers who do not cancel by noon on the arrival date will be charged for the full reservation and any associated processing fees.
Campground Closed:
December 1st-April 1st

The campground will be closed December 1st until April 1st.
- Please join us during our regular camping season.
The campground store offers non-perishable items, ice, and firewood.
Transparency Statement:
We are a campground located in the Appalachian mountains, which provides amazing landscapes but it also means we are very rural and the infrastructure is not available to provide wifi. Additionally, cell signal is spotty.
